Refund policy

Hey there! We totally get that getting the wrong item or a damaged one can be super annoying. But don't worry, we've got your back! If the item you received doesn't match what you ordered, or if it arrives all banged up, you're eligible for an exchange of the product.

We accept exchanges within 3 days of delivery for unused items. An unboxing video is mandatory to process any return or exchange.  Refunds are not offered—only exchanges.
