LICENSE & SITE ACCESS
Hangul Sports does not permit copying or downloading of any site content (including text, graphics, images, videos, software, etc.), all of which are exclusively owned by Hangul Sports. TRADEMARKS & LOGOS

MEMBERSHIP ELIGIBILITY
Individuals unable to enter legally binding contracts under the Indian Contract Act, 1872, such as un-discharged insolvents, are ineligible to use hangulsports.com. Minors (13–17 years old) may only use the Site under the supervision of a parent or guardian who consents to these Terms. Parents or guardians may transact on behalf of minors if registered on the Site, but minors cannot make purchases themselves. Registration is required for purchasing products. End Users must keep their registration details current.
GOVERNING LAWS
Use of hangulsports.com is governed by Indian law. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Srinagar courts.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Hangulsports.com’s liability for any loss or damage, whether direct or indirect, shall not exceed the amounts you have paid in relation to the Offerings through your Account. If you submit content (such as contest entries, creative ideas, suggestions, or proposals), you agree that we may use these without restriction. We are not obligated to (1) keep comments confidential, (2) provide compensation, or (3) respond to comments.
We may monitor, edit, or remove content deemed unlawful, offensive, or in violation of rights or these Terms. You are solely responsible for your comments' legality and accuracy.
SEVERABILITY
